Clarify these questions first

  • Is the cargo finished product, virgin material, recycling input or waste, and has that status been confirmed?
  • Are material/grade, technical information and any required current SDS/transport assessment ready?
  • How will packaging address leakage, spillage and contamination for the actual physical form?
  • Are manufacturer heat, stacking, cleanliness/storage conditions and receiver acceptance clear?

Shared information for the request

  • Packed dimensions, gross mass, package/pallet count and stacking limits.
  • Product description, any current SDS/technical document and the authorised reviewer.
  • Pickup/delivery addresses, ready date, special conditions and cost scope.
