Clarify these questions first

  • Is it reels, sheets, folded cartons or finished packaging, and are unit dimensions/masses ready?
  • Are the manufacturer’s moisture/crush/stacking limits and protective-packaging scope documented?
  • Are handling method, contact/lifting points and receiver unloading facilities compatible?
  • Have storage conditions and the scope of any wooden pallets/supports been confirmed separately?

Shared information for the request

  • Packed dimensions, gross mass, package/pallet count and stacking limits.
  • Product description, any current SDS/technical document and the authorised reviewer.
  • Pickup/delivery addresses, ready date, special conditions and cost scope.
