Food and temperature sensitivity

Prepare clear, comparable and verifiable cargo information for your sector.

Prepare product details, required temperature range, shelf life and packaging. Cold-chain feasibility and acceptance need product-specific confirmation.

Clarify these questions first

  • Are the manufacturer’s written conditions, shelf life and production–dispatch–delivery timeline ready together?
  • Are monitoring responsibilities during transfers/waiting and the product decision-maker for deviations identified?

Shared information for the request

  • Packed dimensions, gross mass, package/pallet count and stacking limits.
  • Product description, any current SDS/technical document and the authorised reviewer.
  • Pickup/delivery addresses, ready date, special conditions and cost scope.

This is preparation guidance. It does not automatically determine temperature, classification, permits, loading plan or acceptance; shipment conditions and service scope need separate assessment.
