Clarify these questions first

  • Do product/SKU, order value, currency, receiver and package details describe the same shipment?
  • Who decides on data, documents and costs for final delivery, failed delivery and returns?

Shared information for the request

  • Packed dimensions, gross mass, package/pallet count and stacking limits.
  • Product description, any current SDS/technical document and the authorised reviewer.
  • Pickup/delivery addresses, ready date, special conditions and cost scope.
