Automotive and spare parts

Prepare clear, comparable and verifiable cargo information for your sector.

Specify the part, oils/liquids or batteries, packaging and delivery window. Do not assume dangerous-goods status.

Clarify these questions first

  • Are part numbers, serial/lot, packed mass and delivery priorities identified together?
  • Has an authorised person confirmed the transport status of batteries, oil or liquids from product documents?

Shared information for the request

  • Packed dimensions, gross mass, package/pallet count and stacking limits.
  • Product description, any current SDS/technical document and the authorised reviewer.
  • Pickup/delivery addresses, ready date, special conditions and cost scope.

This is preparation guidance. It does not automatically determine temperature, classification, permits, loading plan or acceptance; shipment conditions and service scope need separate assessment.

Check date: General information. Confirm product, route and handling conditions with the Gulf Sea team.
