Clarify these questions first

  • Are product identity, fresh/dried/processed state, origin and intended use clear in documents?
  • Who will confirm product/country documents and inspections with the importer and competent authorities?
  • Are shelf life, manufacturer conditions and harvest/production–dispatch–delivery dates ready together?
  • Will a qualified person confirm packaging/pallet structure and any wood supports?

Shared information for the request

  • Packed dimensions, gross mass, package/pallet count and stacking limits.
  • Product description, any current SDS/technical document and the authorised reviewer.
  • Pickup/delivery addresses, ready date, special conditions and cost scope.
