Information to prepare before your request

• Are packed dimensions, gross mass, centre of gravity and manufacturer drawings ready for each piece?
• Will a qualified technical person review lifting/securing points and manufacturer restrictions?
• Who assesses site access, unloading space and any route survey?
• Are piece sequence, readiness and site installation timetable linked?
• Who confirms actual equipment, operators, insurance and leg/country-specific permits?

Assess the transport legs together

• Are each leg, transfer point and cargo-unit handover owner identified?
• Are equipment/terminal compatibility and dimensions/mass limits confirmed separately for each leg?
• Are transfer, appointments, document handover and waiting responsibilities clear in the quote?
