• Is each stage owner and the next party’s information/document handover defined?
• Who manages timetable dependencies, appointments and decisions during delay?
• Are the included/excluded scope and delivery event explicit for every stage in the quote?
• If data/tracking is requested, are the real source, customer permission and access scope confirmed?
