Information to prepare before your request

• What is the customs status and intended procedure: general storage or a facility requiring a different authorisation?
• Are unit counts, packed dimensions, masses and stacking/handling restrictions ready?
• What are the required conditions, storage duration and lot/serial/expiry record needs?
• Who owns inbound counts/damage records and outbound picking, packing or appointments?
• Has the actual operator confirmed facility location, capacity, cargo acceptance and contract scope?
