Prepare clear, comparable and verifiable cargo information for your sector.

Prepare cargo-specific information, documents and handover owners before requesting service.

Clarify these questions first

  • Are packed dimensions, gross mass, centre of gravity and manufacturer lifting points ready for each piece?
  • Will a qualified person confirm product/SDS and classification for batteries, oil, gas or other special contents?
  • Does the packing list match part numbers, installation order and required delivery sequence?
  • Who can assess site access, unloading area and the lifting/transport plan?

Shared information for the request

  • Packed dimensions, gross mass, package/pallet count and stacking limits.
  • Product description, any current SDS/technical document and the authorised reviewer.
  • Pickup/delivery addresses, ready date, special conditions and cost scope.

This is preparation guidance. It does not automatically determine temperature, classification, permits, loading plan or acceptance; shipment conditions and service scope need separate assessment.

Check date: General information. Confirm product, route and handling conditions with the Gulf Sea team.
